Refunds
Orders are final and non-refundable. However, refunds can be made as an exception if the product is out of stock and the order cannot be fulfilled. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that slight variations in colors, beads, stones, etc., are characteristics of handmade articles and not flaws.
Exchanges
We do not exchange items unless a wrong item is sent.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel your order for reasons including unavailability of stock or declined payment.
